Warranty Policies


Minimum Invoice
$20.00

Overhaul Price
The overhaul price is the price for a complete overhaul including normal replacement parts and labor.  Parts not normally included with a regular overhaul will require an additional charge.

Repair Price
Repair price is based on time and materials.

Exchange Price
The exchange price is the charge for a new or repair/overhauled aircraft components sold from B&S inventory where a return core is anticipated.  The invoice will show the exchange price and a core charge deposit amount.  The core charge deposit will be credited back to you when your core is returned, inspected and found to be acceptable.  If the return core requires repairs that are above normal, there will be a deduction taken out of the core charge to cover the cost of replacement.  These above normal costs are not included in the exchange price, because they are not typically replaced, and B&S tries to keep the exchange price as low as possible.

Core Policy
Core charges will be billed on all invoices for exchange units.

Cores must be returned, freight prepaid, within thirty ( 30 ) days of your receipt of the exchange unit.  A core return sheet is included with the package slip when the exchange unit is shipped, please return this to us with your core return

Credit will be issued for the core deposit, provided your core is returned and found to be economically repairable.  Should your returned core require repairs considered beyond normal overhaul ( e.g. stator, armature, housing, endbells, etc. ), a deduction will be made from the core charge.

Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned with prior approval, for return to stock.  A restocking fee of $35.00 or fifteen percent ( 15% ) of the purchase price, whichever is greater, will be assessed on all returned items.

Conditions for returning merchandise are as follows:
1. Freight must be prepaid
2. Merchandise must not have been used
3. Certification tag must be returned
4. Merchandise must be returned with thirty ( 30 ) days from the date of the invoice.
